Main House

NIDO’s primary residence was custom-built in 2008 using the highest quality materials available. With mountain views, this elegant home overlooks a spring-fed lake and enjoys the shade of mature hardwoods that were carefully preserved during its construction.

The main level has 150 year-old, reclaimed Old Growth Heart Pine flooring throughout. The 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home has 4,431 square feet of interior space on two levels and three screened porches totaling 594 square feet of outdoor living space.

The intention of its design is livability, quality, simplicity, flow, and ease of maintenance – both inside and out.  Multiple interior pocket doors allow for maximum use of space.

The exterior of the home is fire-resistant hardy-board shingles and dry-stack cultured stone. The roof is baked enameled metal with extended eaves and a maintenance-free gutter system. The home has a two-car 717 square-foot Porte Cochere with stone pillars, overhead lighting, and a concrete pad.
